Invitation to Apply for our official Delegation to Climate Science and Finance Conference at The UNFCC United Nations, Climate Change HQ Bonn, Germany in June 17 -30th 2019
We always have an official delegation, plus an official Exhibition Stand and at least one Official Side Event in the venue.
We are registering all nominations now in March and April 2019
To be eligible you need to fill in this form and send it back to us at the following emails-

Everyone on the team needs to be a paid up member of the institute The latest information will be posted at www.geiclimate.org in the run up to the COP. We are on hand to help you register for our delegation and you can also join at www.geimembership.org
In order to enrol before the UN deadline, You will need to provide the following information ( Even if you have already sent it please do not assume we have it and please do send it again)

| 1. Cv and information about why you are interested and what you are offering the team |
| 2. Confirm you are fully paid up member of the institute |
| 3. Agreement to consent for us to hold the above data at the institute, and also to provide these details required by the United Nations to them (we do not share the cv). |
| 4. If you are especially interested in one aspect- eg the Exhibition Stand, one of the side events, or our publications or any other aspect please indicate it on the form or if you have any special skills or knowledge- eg biology, ecology, climate science or photography- etc please also state it there. |
| 5. Agreement that you will abide by the Terms and Conditions and requirements of our delegation. All delegates if selected, will be asked to sign an agreement form for this. Please note you will be responsible for all your own costs, travel and accommodation, food etc |
| 6. Understanding that the GEI will choose the best mix of delegates and there is no guarantee at any stage – as we are there to enhance climate activity and reduce runaway climate change- each persons participation will be in furtherance of that aim. |
